Commission Rules

ALLOWED

• Regular humanoid characters, including furries
• Some monstrous/beastly features like animal ears, horns, tails, wings
• SFW and NSFW
• Fanart and OCs

NOT ALLOWED

• Gore
• Non consensual acts
• Violent sexual acts
• Characters who are depicted as underage
• Bestiality
• Scat

TOS

1. The Artist reserves the right to refuse service to any prospective Client at their sole discretion.

2. The Client agrees to pay the Artist the Commission Fee in full, prior to the commencement of the Work. No work will begin until the full payment has been received by the Artist.

   Payment shall be made via PayPal and shall be non-refundable.

3. The Artist retains full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the Work, including the right to display, reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise use the Work or derivative works at their sole discretion.

   This may include, but is not limited to, displaying the Work on their website, social media, or other online platforms, using the Work in their portfolio, or selling prints or other merchandise featuring the Work, or it's derivatives.

4. Upon receiving the Work, the Client is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display and use the Work for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

   This license does not permit the Client to reproduce, distribute, or modify the Work in any way, except when posting the Work on their social media, or printing the Work for personal use.

   The Client may not use the Work for any commercial purposes without the payment of a separate Commercial-Use Fee, as outlined below.

5. The Artist reserves the right to include their signature, or any other form of personal branding, with the Work.

6. If the Work is intended for commercial use by the Client, such as for marketing, advertising, merchandising, or other commercial purposes, a separate Commercial-Use Fee will apply in addition to the Commission Fee.

   The Commercial-Use Fee will be calculated based on factors such as intended use, audience size, and duration of use, and will be mutually agreed upon in writing between the parties before any commercial use of the Work.

   Any commercial use of the Work without the payment of the agreed-upon Commercial-Use Fee is strictly prohibited.

7. Failure to comply with any provision of this agreement may result in the termination of the license granted herein.

   Additionally, the Artist reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any breach of contract, including but not limited to seeking damages and injunctive relief.
